During the presentation of the new Calcium product, Marvalous also surprised all 2,000 guests with what may be a first in the multi-level marketing industry: a company anthem. Produced by Haim Harpaz (formerly from the Israeli pop group Hi-5), the two and a half minute song comes with a hip pop beat, and great lyrics. You can watch the official YouTube video below.
This evening, Marvalous introduced their new Calcium product. The product is a powder-based drink and has a great strawberry-banana taste (it’s really delicious!).
Professor Edelshtein described the product and you can find the notes in the product research category of the site.
Briefly, the product contains 500mg Calcium, 200mg Magnesium, 30mg Vitamin C and 200 i.u. (international units) of Vitamin D3 (50% of the RDA). The average adult requires 1,000mg calcium per day, and the magnesium, vitamin C and vitamin D3 help the body to optimally absorb the calcium, making Marvalous Calcium the perfect calcium supplement.
Before joining Marvalous, I want to do my homework. Real due dilligence…
This evening I got around to contacting the company and asked them for medical research and patent information in general and specifically on the Omega 3 products. Since the primary researcher is affiliated with the Weizmann Scientific Institute in Israel, I expect to get lots of Hebrew information as well as English. Can’t wait to see what we get after the weekend…
Today, I was introduced to a new Omega 3 product, being distributed through Multi-Level Marketing. The product is cool and interesting, and they claim to have a patent on the way they extract Omega 3 rich oil from plants (not fish!).
I haven’t actually been active in an MLM in a while, but somehow I ended up with my interest piqued.
Now don’t get me wrong: it’s my sincere belief that it’s neither the product nor the comp plan that makes an MLM business successful or not; rather it’s the leaders in the distributor force. Being that this is still pretty ground-floor (my understanding is that we haven’t hit 1,000 top-level-executive signups quite yet), it seems like an exciting challenge.
Last time I jioned an MLM, I had legends like Eric Worre and Randy Gage in my immediate upline (both were within 7 levels above me, I think). Let’s see what I learn from them…
But I’m getting a bit ahead of myself. Like I siad, I think it’s the leadership that’s gonna make it or break it, but the product and the comp plan have to be solid if I want a decently easy chance at making a marketing campaign that my downline can duplicate without me… Time for some homework…
PS If any of you use Omega 3 at all, I’d love to hear your thought on the subject… Thanks
